Luke is a British academic GP, Oxford health policy fellow, and WHO health systems consultant trained in system dynamics at MIT. He has worked with health ministries in high- middle- and low-income countries to develop people-centred health systems based on cutting-edge research. He is trained in economics, political science, and system dynamic modelling. He has over 60 academic publications with a mean impact factor of 15. He has written major reports for WHO and numerous governments. Luke brings leadership, strategic vision, and cutting-edge scientific methods to bear on complex global health problems.

Rob is a social epidemiologist and postdoctoral fellow in public health policy evaluation and primary care innovation at the University of Toronto’s North American Observatory for Health Systems and Policies and Unity Health Toronto’s Upstream Lab. Rob is a methodologically agile scientist and change facilitator with expertise in population health analytics, social determinants of health research and healthcare quality improvement, and with rich experience in qualitative methods.

Tamara is an MSc Global Health candidate at McMaster University. After completing her practicum with Healthier Systems, she has joined us as an associate. Her academic and research interests encompass the commercial determinants of health and health policy. She completed her BSc Science
and Business at the University of Waterloo and has experience in project management, marketing, and event liaising.

Atousa is a pharmacist and WHO technical officer working on access to medicine and health technologies. Her expertise centres on primary health care, essential medicines, and health insurance benefit packages.

She has training in project management, systems thinking, negotiation, quality improvement, pharmacoeconomics, and global health policy.

Katharina is a public health researcher and a medical candidate with a focus on health promotion and the primary prevention of NCDs. She is trained in health promotion methods, qualitative and quantitative analysis, evaluation of public health interventions and public health ethics. She has experience in policy analysis and project management.

Fatima is a Fatima is a Sudanese public health and health policy professional. She has experience working for UNICEF, supporting country officies to deliver PEPFAR/CDC projects. She has also worked for UNDP where she
